Summary
Cross-flow air cooling fans for top-blown dry-type transformers. (below named: dry-transformer cross-flow cooling fan) is mainly used for dry-type transformer cooling to increase capacity, also forced cooling and air supply of electronic equipment, high and low voltage distribution cabinets and other equipment. The cooling fan has the characteristics of large air volume, low noise, high wind pressure, stable operation, compact structure, convenient installation and beautiful appearance.After the dry-type transformer is equipped with the fan to dissipate heat, the capacity can be increased by 40~50%, thereby greatly improving the bearing capacity of the dry-type transformer and prolonging the service life of the dry-type transformer.

Cooling fan operating conditions

1. Normal use conditions:
a. Indoor use;
b. Ambient temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC:
c. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95% (at 25°C);
d. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
2. The gas passing through the cooling fan is not allowed to contain strong acid, strong and various erosive solutions.
3. Dust and other sundries are not allowed to fall into the fan, so as not to cause the fan to burn and the fan blades to break.

Installation and maintenance of cooling fans
1. Before installation, check whether there is damage or deformation caused by packaging and transportation. If there is damage or deformation, it should be repaired and installed.
2. Then check whether the parts and screws are loose, and whether the blades and the air duct collide or move. If they collide or shift, they should be adjusted before installation.
3. After the cooling fan is installed, it should be tested and used online after the fan runs normally.
4. When the fan is placed for a long time and reused, it should be used online if there is no abnormal phenomenon during the inspection of the fan.
5. After the fan is installed, the junction box should be sealed to prevent the leakage of the junction box from causing a short circuit to burn the motor.

Handling and storage
